Alpine Landscape Dynamics (ALADYN)

The main areas of interests of the research working group on Alpine Landscape Dynamics (ALADYN) are various aspects in the field of process geomorphology. Spatially, we focus particularly on the Eastern European Alps. We apply a whole suite of methods including for instance different geophysical techniques, laserscanning or numerical modelling. ALADYN is jointly led by Assoc Prof. Gerhard Lieb and Dr. Andreas Kellerer-PirklbauerDr. Christian Bauer (lecturer in physical geography) is a further members of the core team. Furthermore, several PhD-candidates, three project collaborators, one technician as well as several master degree and bachelor degree students complement the research team.
